Biography
Sylvain Duvernay has over 20 years of experience in international business. He started his career with a water treatment company servicing industrial and municipal businesses in the Middle East. His expertise became such that he subsequently acquired and presided over his own business, Suprafilt International, also catering to markets in Asia and the Middle East. Throughout his business ventures, he became involved and participated in various financing projects at the international level. For the 10 years prior to founding Uman Pharma, Mr. Duvernay filled the position of Senior Vice-President for Strides Arcolab Ltd., a pharmaceutical generic product company based in India. He led its Canadian operations as well as its business development in the United States.
