Biography
Luc Charbonneau brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate management, finance, strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, private and public funding, and capital management. He has worked with securities brokerage firms where he was responsible for initial public offerings. In 1990, he joined Bernard Coupal and Normand Balthazard to create BioCapital and EnviroCapital where he actively contributed in the evaluation, selection and governance of the companies that make up these funds’ portfolios. He then worked with such consulting firms as Deloitte & Touche and Arthur Andersen where he consulted several national and international companies in the areas of funding, finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategy. When he joined Uman Pharma, Mr. Charbonneau was actively involved in corporate management.
